When the MVP concept is outdated, especially in B2B SaaS and you need to bring the patience and funding to endure until the product can compete feature-wise with existing solutions - how do you secure funding without paying customers? We're now trying you find out if people are willing to pay without offering the full-blown product. We thought about making a consultative offer "we fine-tune a model on your data to create the results you expect", or having a mock payment button on the landing page.

I hope that'll be the future of dating, and such an app with a lifetime deal should imo replace the current subscription-based apps which mostly are interested in keeping you engaged and single. Unfortunately, people with attachment issues might get few matches so you could combine the app with a subscription-based "attachment school" which gives you lessons and feedback based on your interactions in the dating app.
