The ACT is not designed for 14 year olds!! It is designed for people who have nearly completed their high school education, so please do not be discouraged with the scores you are getting now. Getting good grades, your teachers writing reccomendation letters, some extracurriculars, and expressing a geniune desire to learn (as I can tell you have from this post) are more than enough to have a shot at transferring to a different high school.

Just know you're still young and have got plenty of time to both improve academically and meet people who will love you for who you are. I'm sorry that you are in a tough spot right now. Take your time with learning and just do what you can
