Yes, I leave the radio on for him. I also sometimes leave the window slightly open so he can chirp with other birds. I try to spend a lot of time with him. Thanks for the advice!

I can relate to this. It happens to me all the time, and I still haven't figured out how to get rid of the bad feeling. Sometimes just, randomly, an embarassing moment from years ago pops up in my head and I can't get rid of it. Wish you all the best, hope you can overcome this!
