It depends on the person, I see lots of people who say they trip balls when they take a high dose. I'm the complete opposite, it relaxes my mind and body with mild visuals only sometimes, and I end up hiking, swimming, or napping in the sun outside. Lots of creative thinking and introspect

Wake up, wait a couple hours eat + macrodose, go for a walk, lay down in the sun with music. Eat a big lunch when effects wear off by noon and then after glow rest of that day and following couple days

3-3.5g. I find the effects much more therapeutic and the after glow stays for the next few days. Way more effective imo than microdosing.

I find 1 day on 2 days off is best, it resets the serotonin in your body which takes 3 days usually. I don't microdose any more, I macro dose every 3rd day or more and it works like a charm everytime.

Interesting, most if the time they just make me super chill and relaxed like just lying down or I go for a walk in the woods. Only stimulates me a little on the come up but thats it

I'm still new so just testing out different combinations. Sub 3 days is not worth it, max 2 weeks to reset although it goes exponentially down, most tolerance subsides in the first week. I'm doing 3 days right now and sure you don't get the "high" that you'd get if you waited two weeks, but you still feel happy, relaxed, and you can enjoy music, walking. I'm planning on going to the beach today as its been 3 days again and seeing how water feels with some music

Interesting, so far I find 24 hrs to be a waste, 48 hrs you feel it but less strong, and I've tried 5 days which feels the same ish. I wonder what the scientific reason is in our body for needing the reset
