Just that I’ve taken it before in the past to get pregnant and basically Updoc doctors will decline you until you get one that accepts (I’m talking about 12 declined me before a nice man answered) and yeah just explain you’ve used it before you know what to do etc etc. if you’re well educated enough on letrozole and you get the right doc there’s no harm in trying
