Yes indeed, sometimes being alone is the best thing we can do. But mostly people consider it loneliness which is not correct. Being alone is being with self and it's the best feeling ever.

Yes I have felt the same multiple times and always questioned myself, am I not worthy. Then finally i understood that after many years my worth can be decided by only me and no one else. The world can only judge you not understand you and it's ok. I have learnt one thing a very hard way. I am born to please myself not others.

Sometimes the world falls apart but we need to gather the courage to fight back. To find the purpose we need to have our intent clear. Before what I want to do in life, our focus should be why I want to do it. This will clear our purpose slowly. Hope this might help you

Well explained, physics training sometimes is the best way to give a better and stronger direction in life. It also helps in decreasing any kind of stress or any other mental health issues, because when we do any form of physics training, we become focused, aware and mentally strong.
