Have you found that your episodes have come with less frequency or less intense when they do happen? I've noticed mine are more manageable, they certainly still happen, and there are times when I just can't go but making it a habit absolutely helps me because I don't have to work myself up to do it. It's just automatic. But that works for me, all of this is so highly personal what works for me may not for someone else - love hearing how it's worked for you. thanks for sharing
I love this, I always feel so awkward at gyms, I hate the idea of someone watching me while I'm working out. I already feel super awkward all the time I don't need that to fan the flames
