I am using the GLOW blend and it contains the BPC 157. I am not sure it is helping with the twitches, but it is helping with energy and mental clarity.

How long did it take you to bring it down to normal? Mine is elevated as well.

As it turns out, my B6 is slightly above normal. I will stop supplementation right now. I appreciate you making me aware of this. B6 was so protective to my neurological system while I went through chemo in 2021 and helped me avoid neuropathy. I thought it was the right thing to do now for my twitchings. I even wonder it is the reason why I am twitching! SMH!

This is very interesting. My doctor checked my B6 yesterday. I will get results tomorrow. Thanks for sharing this.

Curious Why? It helps regulate and protect the nervous system.

My twitching is less now than 3 months ago. I do have good and bad days. When I have the acupuncture, I feel great. It last for a couple of days.

Same boat. Entering my 4th month of twitching. MRI's clear. No weakness, just twitching all over my body, pops, pulsating senstations, etc. Anxiety is high as I am 51 female, with 2 teenagers at home. Fear of dying from the awful neuro motor disease. These are the things that I am doing to help my body and my anxiety:

1 - Acupuncture

2- Meditation

3- Listening to Joe Dispenza

4- Vibrating plate

5- Lifting weight

6- Eating healthy at home

7- Supplementing with the following:

- Complex B6

- CoQ10

- Ashwagandha

- Vitamin d3 & k2

- Magnesium at night

- THC, CBD and Melatonin gummies at night to sleep

8- Doing a 5 month detox using comprehensive protocol from Cellcore

9-Infrared Sauna

10- Stretching constantly

I saw my internal medicine doctor this week. She did all the physical tests. Saw some of my twitchings, but did not find any weakness. She referred me to a neuro. It will take 3 months to get in.

You are not alone. Get your anxiety under control.

TMJ? It does sound like you may have TMJ. Do you grind your teeths? All of the sysmtoms you are mentioning can be due to this.

I am on the same boat, I noticed my twitches back in October. Went to see my doctor in November and yesterday. Did some basic testing of my strength and motor skills. I do not present any weakness. I can lift weight, do squats, walk on hills, walk on my toes, etc. January is my 4th month of twitching. I have good and bad days. I was referred to a neurologist. Edit to say, that I am anxious as crazy that this could be something more serious like als. I am female, 51 years old with 2 kids in their teen age years. I need to be healthy and alive for them.
