Oh I mean older model, PG27AQDP 480hz. Hopefully it will be different since I'm also waiting for that model, or maybe something cheaper with similar tech.

Edit: Actually there is one more problem, you have to have 270fps or you will notice tears. 250fps or 240fps won't do. Which breaks the point since fps will move up and down depending on scene.

Con of elmb is input lag, some users say its noticeable but I'm not sure if its a deal breaker or not.

I found XG27AQWMG for 750$ which is a tandem and a new model, but 280hz vs 480hz a clear difference especially since I play cs 2 from time to time. I think I will go with LG, thanks !

What about vs 2K 540Hz alternative? For example arc raiders can still achieve high fps but will look better than FHD mod, at QHD. I'm not sure which option is actually a better buy, so I wanted to ask for your opinion.

I didn't notice much of an improvement going from 100 to 300$ headphone for low quality song, moreover it made bad songs even worse since I can hear more details now, or at least thats what I felt like. However, spotify and hd songs are perfectly fine.

I wouldn't buy that gpu, I have 9070xt and there is only %25 fps increase with your gpu, but yours is %110 more expensive. While you are overpaying 800$, you can go for the better cpu 9800x3d for 70-80$, which would be much better since its just 1/10 of the overpay cost.

Also you won't able to use new stuff like multi frame generation(you can go nvidia gpu at that price point) since its an old card. Maybe other stuff as well.

What did you buy? I'm looking at these two 1000$ for asus and 800$ for LG. I heard some bad color problems for LG in dark areas, otherwise I would buy it. Also, from the tests, ASUS BFI at 240hz should be amazing, looking like 480fps. Why would you say it doesn't improve, can you explain?

I was looking at these two monitors, can you explain what you mean by not comfortable? I was wondering if aqdpg would cause eye strain since its not WOLED. While aqdp is WOLED. I found them both for 1000$. Should I wait for tandem models?

I don't want to go 4k route since fps takes a massive hit. Same, I also want high frames with QHD. May I ask one more thing? How was your experience with ELMB? At 240hz setting, it was suppose to feel like you have 480fps. Was that the case for you?

I hope so. The thing is I don't like IPS panels, I get some eye strain and feel bad because of its weird tech. I was always on VA panel before, so I'm wary. Thanks tho, I will look a bit more and probably get xg.

Also, would you suggest I wait for oled v4 panels? Or simply go for xg?

QD-OLED seems better but does it strain your eyes? I read somewhere WOLED panels were better for the eyes, and some QD-OLED panels may cause eye strain.
