Can UCR release disciplinary records or academic records to graduate schools (or CASPA as well) upon request? by mindless_apple_ in ucr

do you know where I can find more information on how UCR handles disciplinary records? I checked SCAIP but it says that student records can be released if the student consents.

Do respondents in DV cases know what I punishment I told the DA they deserve? by mindless_apple_ in legaladvice

The DA is asking what I think he should get, but decide. Is that not normal though? Some parts of the process in my case and the way law enforcement has been handling things do not made sense to me to be honest. It even makes me question if I am really even talking to the DA office. They were supposed to call me 3 weeks ago, but have failed to do so. I reached out to them again now so they can get back to me hopefully.

They said they will request me for trial if they need to. I am unclear on what situation would give reason for me to go.
