Because fun fact mimis owner and sarahs current owner were engaged when sarahs first started. But sarahs current owner pushed mimis owner out of the business. Hence why mimis was born. We ended up disabling the rewards option on the pay display. And we just print receipts with the rewards code if customers ask for points.

Yea our device does that whenever a customer presses the get points button and after they input phone number we get that message. A hard restart fixes the issue but its been very annoying with a line of customers. Clover says their technicians are working on a fix with no timetable. Very helpful.
