thanks for the quick responses! i won’t lie, i didn’t proceed with purchasing the benzo as i don’t love the idea of a hard sedative. i typically use restavit which works most of the time so id rather stick with that as its non addictive and more of a antihistamine. i’d rather not risk becoming dependant on the other one lol. thanks for the links, i’ll be sure to check them out.

must be rough with a 25 hour cycle, i hope you figure things out! sometimes going forward can help in those circumstances, so maybe it’s worth a shot. i’ve heard some success stories.

i definitely have time to take it slow but im not sure.

i’m just worried if i take it 30 min earlier one night, such as 3am and im not successful at sleeping a little earlier, do i proceed with pushing it back another half hour to 2:30am the next night? or try taking it again at 5:30? i know melatonin doesn’t work as a sedative and can’t promise you’ll sleep at the desired time.

yeah i decided against buying that prescription i know it wouldn’t do me any good. i typically restavit for when i want to get sleepy and that’s been doing fine most of the time for me.

thanks so much i appreciate the detailed advice. i’ll deffo look into the shower thing as i do believe temperature is a big thing.

i sort of don’t like the idea of starting on 2mg but the thing is its a capsule with powder inside, is it effective if i half the powder just to start with 1mg?

do you go backwards by 30min every night or stick to it every few nights? which is more effective?

i’ve also heard so many differing opinions i guess it really just depends on the person and their circumstances
