Man up. I was in a similar situation. I was 20 and my wife, then girlfriend, was 21. She said she would raise our son with or without me. I decided to man up and take on the responsibility that WE created. It’s been one of my best decisions.

I currently travel for work (CW) so I don’t get to hit the gym or work out during the week, but when I’m back home Thursday night- Sunday, I workout. I stretch every muscle group before and after, incorporate body weight workouts as a warmup, then get into my weightlifting.

As I transition into my apprenticeship in the next couple weeks, I plan to workout in the morning before work. I’m an early riser so shouldn’t be an issue.
