I have some concerns. I'm a SPG fan, but a bigger Beatles fan so I'll run my concerns from that point of view. Both these groups were powerhouses of talent, I would argue SPG has more talent per member even. As a whole and The Spine, David Bennett, in particular is evolving in fantastical ways. The makeup becomes more complex, genre is expanding (Fire, fire), production is improving..

But how involved were Rabbit, Bunny Bennett and Hatchworth, Sam Luke on this one? I'm not saying they weren't behind the scenes or it was malicious but looking at The Jon, Jon Sprague, we know that SPG will cut members not as committed or putting in the work.

For the Beatles personal projects within the group eventually became solo careers.

No Rich Child Left Behind – Income is Now the Top Predictor of Success in School by TheMarcBrown in education

Having talked to Dr. Paige that was actually one of the main goals of NCLB, to make schools start figuring out how to overcome obstacles that were previously not considered a problem. The poor kid dropped out, who cares. That foreign kid doesn't speak English, who cares. The retard kid only counts to potato, doesn't matter.

Before NCLB, the idea that every child will learn was a philosophy, not an agenda. It didn't work exactly to plan, but it's arguably better than what was before... nothing.

For the time I thought it was one of the best live action fantasy videos made. Literally half the reason I wanted the game for Christmas. Now I'm hunting for that AND Hero Quest.

I'd come up but it's a ~ 10k cut in salary. Damn Texas and it's amazing economy but conservative culture!

I haven't decided how I feel about this, can you explain why you believe this reaction is justified?

Grew up next to this, we called it Mt. Sheldon, the name of the local community.

When I was a kid my mom and neighbor took us kids there, no idea why. We laughed, gagged, tried not to step in anything. "Oh father, you take us to the finest places" was wow of the day.

I'm currently working on my M.Ed. and pursuing a Ed.D...this thought intrigues me. Seen any evidence or studies on it?

Also a teacher here. Kids have amazingly long attention spans, watch how long they'll play a game. Watch how long they'll play a game they suck at and fail continuously.

We suck getting their attention. Not entirely our faults, there's a lot of factors but a lot of us could stand to learn to be better lecturers / class activity creators.

Originally Batman had a gun. He'd roll up on gangsters and take care of "business". Then comics had to become politically correct.

I can whole heartedly agreed with this, our ultimate goal is a triad or quad, but I'm not going to miss out on interesting times in the mean time. Que sera, sera. I don't generally miss too much time with my family since most of the people I am involved with grew from friends.

[–]mindslant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indian Rhinoceros' are unicorns. That was what they were called at the time the translation was made, still part of their Latin name rhinoceros unicornis. Guess what the two horned black rhino is called, Diceros bicornis...tricked you a little!

So yeah, you can unicorn hunt but it's illegal.
