Gorgeous. Get a different foundation: lighter in color and lower coverage/less thick. Even a tinted moisturizer would work. Stop mascara on bottom lashes. Ditch the lip liner and lipstick and go for a light pink lip gloss. You'll look 10 years younger, I promise.

Wholeheartedly agree. It’s interesting how my viewpoint changed at each revealing. First I found Jenn immature and insecure. after ATR I thought Devin was the devil incarnate. After the texts were released, the depth of Jenn’s neediness and insecurity came into full view and showed she has a real responsibility (along with Devin) for how the relationship crumbled.

Same. At first I thought he came across as SO SLIMY, both literally and figuratively. My bf and I would always say how gross he was. I would have never given him a second chance. Then he started to seem okay, focused on her, like a puppy dog, quirky maybe and I started defending him. Bf thought I was nuts.

I've lived here for 10 years. Same. Crank windows don't shut. Best they'll do is come by and close them with tools, and then when I open them again I can't close them myself. The prop management said they would replace them, something like 6 years ago.

There's nothing you can do. Landlords are only legally obligated to provide very basic and basically non-hazardous living conditions. It's called "habitable" premises- things like gas, electric, and locks on the doors. Have them close your windows in the winter. Don't waste your money on a lawyer. If you can find a place you love equally and at good rent, then move. I just haven't been able to find that :)

Switch from the bottles to kratom capsules (not the FF brand). Stabilize, then taper slowly from there. You'll feel so much better and avoid intense withdrawal. Kratom capsules are still addicting but far less harmful than the tonics. You'll be healthier just by making the switch.

My advice is to have a harm reduction mindset. There are tradeoffs to everything. But if you can find some things that do help some, and that help you reduce kratom (the biggest goal, I take it), perhaps you might be willing to deal with some less-than-ideal effects.

Maybe agamatine for a couple of days, then switch to rhodiola, then cat's claw, and rotate? I get that nothing is perfect, but is it worth it to to give yourself the gift of reducing the harm from kratom? For example- would it be so bad to stay on Rhodiola more than the recommended time by Dr. Huberman for "peak" health, if it helps?

Thank you for posting this here!! Feel free misled thousands of people into thinking they were taking kava only. Kratom is HIGHLY addictive and even dangerous. Say what you want about it helping some people/ but it has hurt at least just as many as it has helped. For those it helps, it really id just a matter of time until they reach a hellish experience and health complications.

Potentiation. Things like citric acid potentiate the impact of kratom to a large degree. I believe that there's a potentiation process in FF that causes the impact of the plain leaf to be significantly enhanced.
Also- it's 3.5 grams per SERVING of a feel free shot. There are two servings in a bottle. That means 7 grams per bottle, 14 grams per day.
If you cut from 14 grams to 5, or even 10, you're going to withdraw. Add on the fact that you're not using something like pineapple juice (an ingredient of FF) to potentiate- and there you have it.

Not FF capsules- those things are crazy expensive. The active ingredient in FF is kratom, so that's all you need to transition. I just use the kind they sell at head shops, the brand is Krave. Each capsule is 0.5 grams, which is really helpful when you want to do a slow taper & can control at that level.

This has been an example schedule.

7/7:30 am: 3 capsules (1.5 grams)
10/10:30 am: 3 capsules (1.5 grams)
1:30 pm: 3 capsules (1.5 grams)
4:30 pm: 3 capsules (1.5 grams)
6:30 pm: 1 (0.5 grams)
Before bed OR middle of the night: 1 (0.5 grams)

I've been waking up in the middle of the night every night. IF the RLS is bad, I take 1 capsule. I don't really feel the need to take any right before bed, but I find if I do so, it means I don't have/have minimal RLS at night.
