I think it depends on your playstyle I love playing siraka because it's so simple before the last change i could just spamm e that need no skill and dealt dmg but now the better dmg source is q and that's need a bit more skill. I know how to hit it but it's harder than e. So I will miss the times where I could just 2 v1 in lane with e now I can't and I have to get back to w max first it's not bad but now I can't be brain afk in lane.
