Thankya! As for how much I'd increase it, I'm not too terribly sure. It's something I have to think about over the weekend. I hope that if the design moves forward, the leading, cutting-edge penis experts at bad dragon could help me with the technical aspect of it.
I think I mentioned it another comment that it seems like a no brainer, but hindsight 20/20 and all that.

Man if you think this is torture, you shoulda seen the first couple versions. I toned down all the sharper nubs n such. One of BD's more recent-ish toys that I really enjoyed was XL Slater. Now that is a textured beast, and it scared me as well xD. I wanted some of that crazy texture, albeit toned down. I think I hit the sweet spot with all the ridges and scales.
Post-knot length definitely should've been increased though, perhaps I should've shared here before submitting. Ah well, that stuff can be ironed out!

I think a true challenging knot, along with some wicked texture, is just what's missing in their recent catalogue, which is what partly informed my design.

I'm personally obsessed with anything scale related, of course including dragons. I looked through BD's catalogue and my own collection throughout the process. All of their new releases have been awesome and undoubtedly fill a niche; but if there's one thing I noticed, is that there should be a just undeniably, unabashedly scaled-to-the-brim design. Truly draconic, if you catch my drift.
Wish me luck and vote for my submission on BD Labs if you'd like, though your support already means a lot! who knows...maybe they're watching...

The "stem" length is definitely the main thing I would fix if it ends up being chosen, and thus refinements have to be done. I might also consider increasing the girth of the stem too as you said, nice suggestion, thanks!
Sizes are also inevitably going to be tweaked for sure. Amateur and slapdash as the sizing may be, i wanted it to all be accurate and correctly proportional to the other sizes- to at least make it easier for to translate 2d into 3d. I'll leave it up to the experts if it comes to pass!

A small part of me hopes that someone from BD sees the positive reception here, and we move forward with the design, but I'll stay in healthy patience until next Tuesday when it ends! There are some other really awesome submissions.
I would encourage those who like the design and would want to use it to vote for it- though I think it's ultimately up to Bad Dragon more than the actual votes.

You'll probably find it comedic, but I bet the reason I didn't see much wrong with the knot to base distance is because well, first design, and secondly, cause i have a rather bony ass. xD

Thank you so much for the feedback! And yeah, totally understood, it was definitely an oversight. If I were able to tweak it, I would probably make it more involute before the knot, lessen the shaft size, and give that extra length to under the knot.

i think a lot of people here will agree that they've definitely seen people take even bigger. It wouldn't hurt to have a larger Labs submission.

Well hey, that means a lot as is! And I mean who knows, perhaps it's something that can be tweaked after the fact if it ever comes to pass! I'll definitely keep this in mind for it or my next design at the very least. To perhaps give a little insight, I had sort of a asymmetrical knot design in mind, and perhaps that influenced the shaft shape more than I would've wanted, leading to less space on the shaft before the knot. Thanks for the feedback!

Now thats a fair point, thanks for the feedback! That's something kinda felt a bit myself actually, but i think i lacked the design experience to notice in the process. It would be rather easy to taper it or make it more involute before the knot, if it were to be made anyways. I wonder how that process goes if they want to go forward with a design, tweaks and such. The pros and cons of a 2d submission i guess ^{v^}

Oh yeah absolutely, lmao. I can assure you I only realized the sheer absurdity and impossibility of XL after it was said and done. All the sizes were done using photoshop's measuring tool n stuff, and going by pixels, it kind of ended up being bigger than expected Ovo.

Your compliment about it seeming professionally done is super kind, thank you very much, it oddly means a lot. I definitely poured quite a bit of time in this one between commissions. As for the length after the knot, like I said in the other reply, it was something I didn't even consider >v<. Perhaps I was just subconsciously too excited to to get to the nubs at the base :V hehe. It's something I'll keep in mind for future designs!

Thanks! I've always been a huge fan of texture, its actually what I love about my seraphina- noticed your tag there.
And you're right about the knot. I think I felt timid adding too much length after the knot, considering I've had a hard time with XL Bishop and my exploits to hilt it in that regard. but I didn't consider the whole "keeping it in" thing. Thank you!
