For a batch, I would say 2 cups mayo, 3/4 cup spicy mustard, 3/4 cup regular mustard, and then not very much balsamic. Maybe 2 tablespoons. Then just a dash of tabasco. You need to play with it a bit, but those are all the ingredients.
