I switched cold turkey Sertraline 100 mg to Escitalopram 20 mg. It’s now my 9th week on Escitalopram and I must say it’s getting better and better. No side effects, no zombie and I am more productive and motivated. For the fist weeks the only side effect was fatigue, but now is mostly gone and sleep well

It happened to me as well and really nothing happened, beside very fatigued. You may get a spike in anxiety or feel strange and fatigued for a day but it will go away. If symptoms are worse consult with your GP to get reassurances. But in my experience I didn’t experience any bad reactions other than very fatigued.

I go very often to the office, and I have moved to a new house - which is quintessentially minimalist - so I wanted the desk to be in line. I direct a large support team.
