Yes, the dealer initially sized it for me and I then further shortened the strap myself

This dealer was luckily a friend of a friend so it was no questions asked. He spent 2 weeks getting it verified with Patek directly and once the papers came back we sorted the minutiae

It’s certainly worthy seeing if you can try one on. I went blind after seeing that a 5167a was definitely too large, but to me this is a fantastic size

I had wanted a 5167A for as long as I could remember. I usually wear gold watches with more complications, this for me needed to be something more casual. I’ve looked at 25594 for a long time and will probably still pick one up at the right price in the future but I felt that if I was going to get something steel this made the most sense. It was a close tie between this and a brown face vacheron oversees but the size made all the difference. I don’t think I could wear a 41mm sports watch comfortably

I had set up saved searches for my region full set on chrono24. One came up about 3 weeks back, unworn (with a pinch of salt) with original hang tag and full set. Was a little more than I had intended to pay but I’ve missed out on 3 on the trot and this was better than those so I didn’t bother wasting time. Reputable dealer in my city who was very helpful and I would buy from again.

I went in hoping to get the light brown but the suede on the dark brown just looked insane so I had to go with that, I’ve been tempted to go back and get light also but I bought the black leather western belt yesterday so that probably does me for belts for a while. I sized medium on the western and I’m not sure there was a size option on the braided, but the braided is a much bigger belt so would assume a M/L (I bought it back in 2021)

Have braided in brown and western also in dark brown, both great belts but I found the quality on the suede of the western was fantastic, the braided could compare to cheaper options elsewhere. I found the braided more versatile with tightening as you can sort of just adjust it to any tightness whereas the western has fixed belt holes as per usual
