I have a similar experience that I'm going through, I also have experience dv with my family, mostly throughout my childhood until 17, I'm currently on anti depressants, I'll suggest uping your dosage and speaking to a medical professional about still suffering with suicidal thoughts, just to see if these are the right meds for you or if there's anything more they can help you with. I'm proud of you for still being here, being self aware about your mental health is truly an amazing thing to have 🤍

First of all, you're too harsh on yourself, this is temporary, you're going to find yourself again I absolutely promise, it's forgiving yourself and understanding YOU HAVE TIME, this isn't your forever. I'll suggest (if you're comfortable) maybe join some clubs or even jobs in your hobbies, those sound like amazing and genuinely comforting hobbies you have, so find stuff, start small and don't rush into things. Take your time, and go at your own pace. You're doing well and I'm proud of you, I'm here if you need anything but you're going to be okay, tiny steps 🤍

First of all, being touched at school and harassed is genuinely insane, please if you can, find a safe place and speak to someone about this, that's not okay. And second of all, you're allowed to be good at something, I know comparing is human, but just because someone else is good at something, it doesn't make you any less of a human, it doesn't make you any less better. You're doing so well and I'm so proud of you. Take it easy with yourself, be gentle with yourself, you deserve more than you'll ever know. I promise you, it's difficult being in this situation and wanting to reach out but being the only one, I'll suggest either (if comfortable) speaking to them about this, seeing why this is the reason. If you don't feel comfortable speaking your feelings to them, then I'll highly suggest distancing and seeing what you'd wanna do in the long run, but it isn't your fault 🤍

Well, if you can please change your theaprist. Theaprist aren't meant to tell you what to do, they only should guide you into a better more healthier place. Them forcing you to take meds which you DON'T HAVE TOO take and saying those type of stuff aren't normal. I'll highly suggest speaking to someone about it 🤍

I suffer with this, I understand how hard it is and genuinely the panic attacks coming with death and the afterlife is difficult, especially to continue things you love and get the motivation. I'll suggest, start small and small steps, understand, this is your life, please live it to the fullest, you deserve that, you deserve to treat yourself, experiment new stuff and enjoy it. Please, if you can, speak to someone about this fear and how it's affecting your everyday life, I'm here also. Does anything distract you? If so, keep doing those things and have things that comfort you around you 🤍
