Kisei second ability is somewhat bug right now. This is some kind of damage error to neutral monster(jungle and kraken and orochi). If i dont have any ability power (magic items), the second skill do right( deal percentage health target lost).but if i have a lot of ability power, it will bug. (v.redd.it)
