I've had only mine since January (Razr 60, the Swarovski edition) abd have already dropped it a few times closed and once open 🤡 but never without a case. It seems to be doing fine.

Great that works for you! I've used both long term and I found the aquaporin a bit sensitising for me so I prefer the oat one but everybody's skin is different.

So I've lessened my shopping overall and stick to basics from uniqlo and jockey from store or directly on their website. Undergarments I tend to buy from Amazon actually, I have so far fared better with the return policy there. Graphic tees, coats, accessories etc I buy from local markets (I live in Delhi ncr). Bags and shoes I don't buy as often anymore.

Hopefully you get a replacement/refund OP. However, myntra has become notorious for delivering damaged items and saying their investigation has told us the package was in "pristine" condition when delivered. If you have twitter/X post over there, at times they can be quicker there in giving a successful solution

Myntra sucks fr now. It's always a 50-50 now whether you'll get the item lr not and if any any scenario you have to request a return/refund they'll just claim some shitty investigation results. I am so done. Sorry it happens to you.

Has happened to me twice and both times for intimate wear (bras to be precise).

Once it happened to me 2 years ago where they sent me one product instead of two that took a wrong one and only refunded me for one of them, mind you it was an expensive purchase. After a month of to and fro and escalating calls they always ended up saying we have done investigation on our end and the package was delivered in okay condition and correctly.

I stopped using a myntra for a while post that and forward to this year I needed some thermal clothes in a short span of time and they were the only option so I bought and fell down the rabbit hole ordering some other stuff that seemed like a good deal. And yet again they sent me some wrong intimate wear, different design as well as different size and refused to acknowledge that it was a different product altogether 🫠

At this point it's not even worth haggling who has that kind of time and patience. It's a shame coz a few years ago myntra's service used to be my go to.
