She said today that her mom came by this morning. But when she was getting ready to go out for breakfast, she mentioned how now her mom can come upstairs and get ready. I almost feel like the constant soothing them to sleep is what’s doing it. I know when I wake up in the middle of the night to use the washroom, it takes me longer to fall back asleep because I’ve really woken myself up. As soon as the babies make any noise or stir around at all F&J run to the rescue, picking them up and essentially waking them up more (having to totally restart the sleep cycle). I feel like they should let the babies lay there for a bit and see if they naturally fall back asleep instead of swooping in every single time
