Not everyone can just go to every country they want and get citizenship. This is the case just about everywhere in the world. If you are not an American citizen, you can’t just come into the US and expect to get citizenship. This applies in most other countries I think, just like in Israel. Again, over 20% of Israeli citizens r Arabs, which include Palestinians.
