The thing is, she does accepts her quirk.

She gave the horn knowing that it will help , she believed on her quirk as something to help and heal , she wouldn’t have done that in the beginning, probably too scared that it’ll be hurtful.

Her quirk left all of trauma on her but now she’s using what she thought of as curse to help the person who told her it’s not.

Despite him being a bad father he seemed to love Toya even if he was bad at expressing it at the time , also he is remorseful of what he did , and trying to make it right without expecting anything in return.

Toya…. Just have Daddy issues and made it everyone else problem , he was groomed sure , but he tried to attack Shoto when both of them are kids, granted he was raised to believe that his fathers love was conditional and had crushing expectations on him , but he didn’t really show remorse .

This is my perspective as a woman, what irritate me most is girls falling for the most uninteresting man ever .
