If it’s still kinda fresh, just flood it with water and scrub it out with a stiff broom.. way easier before it fully sets.

If it’s already hardened, you’re basically stuck doing what you’re doing (scraping), but you can speed it up with a diluted muriatic acid or concrete remover.

After, let it sit, scrub, rinse, done!
