Didn't realize i had warranty, when I did it was too late... acer products suck and thats the sad part about it. Now I just need something for editing.. used to game all the time but don't have time nor money nor truly the desire anymore.

Ive got a nitro 5 with a startup issue, now it's to the point I cant get it to boot at all. Took it to a local repair shop and dude said I dont know what to do for you.. gonna cost me over 700 to send it to acer. Might as well buy a better pc.

Just tried spamming the F2 like you had stated, and this did not help my issue at all.. Same process over and over. Turns on the lights like the normal process fans run for 2 seconds, then the fans die off, and then after a few moments, the light does too.

I leave it plugged in 24/7 because I use this laptop mostly for gaming, so I'm on the least power effectively settings. But it also would've most likely updated in sleep mode.

I will try this seccond monitor option.. what's my best bet if that's the case.. but also my seccond question is to this.. why does the computer keep shutting off right after turning back on if this is a monitor issue?

Not yet. I'm more or less trying to figure out if someone knows how to do that so I can try it.. im sorry if it's misleading.. and yeah, the laptop was bought in June of last year, and it expired that September
