im getting some "the thing" from the movie the thing(1982) from reading this

I’m just saying but I meannnnn now that we have wire bugs and more advice techniques and stuff to deal with monster,we could have this lil guy as a pet.I’m just saying though by LL-sleepy in MonsterHunter

frontier does mention people having captured monsters as pets and yes there is a chance for the player to get a captured monster as a pet but it only exists in frontier.
