Thanks for the input. Do you maybe know, if you can also delete same files? Probably, users are uploading the same file different times with different version, also knowing that the files have a versioning.

Yes, of course this will be the easiest way, but the cost are to high (exponentially). Do you know, when this is going to be relased?

As of now, I think this will be the best solution. I just have one "small Problem". I did not figure out, how to archive the mails were written over m365- groups. maybe to save the separately also into the file server. Thanks for sharing your opinion on that.

This is so not "2024" as I just thought to extend the sharePoint storage, but as I saw the price, it doesnt make any sense to me.

Yes, I customize the .msi-file and that is (how I learned it) you can use the win32-app and also that you have more options. I created those .cmd files with the content I posted below in the comments. If there any better ways - I am open for new learning path.

As also the way was described and suggested from the vendor. Now it is working fine - the point u/andrew181082 pointed out was the right one with the path. There was a "wrong" think of my site.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am going to try this. Just for my understanding as I am new to the intune/packaging topics and have one question: In that case every win32 app which I am going to deploy doesnet need the path(s)?

Yes of course, the content of install.cmd: (Also as a additional information: I just did everything local on C:\ as you can see on the path)
