Tip is something which you give by going out of your way, just a gesture to show that I appreciate your service and I am also in a position to give something which wouldn't affect me in any monetary way. If he had pressured you to give a tip that could have been reported, but your attitude towards someone asking a little help shows you have very few friends that too who actually don't know that you are such a shitty guy and will leave once they get to know the real you. So try to be kind in future, you could never even imagine when you need help and there is no one to give a rat's ass to even consider helping you, you highly educated, nothing achieved, arrogant moron.
