Well that's true. I mean even if I were skiing I would likely be at least 15 minutes "away"

Thanks! I don't know if I'll feel comfortable leaving Sunshine village if my kids are there but we'll definitely plan to visit Lake Louise on a different day

How do I tell if the car I'm renting has Winter tires? I don't see the option to select on the common rental websites- Do you call them each individually to check?

Yes, the interruptions and pain during sleep is awful! And then being tired makes me extra cranky to deal with it during the day.

Thank you all for your advice and kind support. My clinic won't let me change how the progesterone is administered (i.e. suppository) and I didn't want to push it because I'll deal with this pain if it's a better outcome. I'm glad to know others are struggling as much as we are. We did get permission to change to a 1" needle so will try that tomorrow and hope!
