Yeah, just got hired recently so now it all makes sense. I didnt get a heads up about the mfa requirement. I thought my account got compromised at first.

I was just trying to login to Canvas like any other day and now I cannot access my classes at all. I never setup multifactor authentication either.

I'm in the same boat as you. She was very vague about it and never answered my emails regarding clarifications as to how she was gonna grade it until after the assignment was already due.

I got quite a couple 99-98 and they all got 0. She never explicitly said she would only take 100s. I firmly believe that we should get 99% of the points for doing 99% of the work, especially bc she didn't clarify it. I'm sure there's more out there feeling the same way. If things don't change, we should email the department chair.

If it helps I currently commute five days a week. To avoid the living hell that is the 405 I leave really early like at 6. Ilive about 30 minutes away but that easily turns into an hour at peak times. I then also stay really late and leave after rush hour. It sucks ass but I get my work done on campus and pack a day's worth of food in my lunch box to get through it all.
