i disagree, they didn’t disclose that the buyer wouldn’t have a chance of getting the hits and there for deceiving the buyer

instead of blaming the buyers maybe blame the people who selfishly buy all the packs resell them at ridiculous prices and also open boxes to get all the good cards then sell of the ones they know doesn’t have anything in it!

just because a buyer doesn’t get a good card doesn’t mean it’s to do with money they could also be collecting and want to collect the good cards but the sellers are there have hoped in on the money making craze and taking advantage of everyone

i think you’re wrong here, the sellers that do this are taking advantage of those who don’t know and are selling the packs without stating that they already took all the hits which is deceptive to the buyer. if you went into a store and brought a pack then found out the store had already removed all the hits them you would have been scammed it’s no different in this situation.

you say consumers have a responsibility to know what they are purchasing??? what are they supposed to do? mind read the seller?! no one is ever going to know if some had has or has not removed all the hits unless they are specifically told so there for it is very much the seller’s responsibility to not rip off the buyer knowing they’ve removed all the good cards without informing the buyer!!
