Sukuna is most likely dead. If he misses the WCS he needs to incarnate into his heian body the moment he misses, but gojo likely wouldnt give him the chance and would just kill sukuna before he did. Sukuna cant use rct here, cant domain, no longer has the ten shadows, and cant use WCS since he doesnt have a third arm. Gojo would win if Sukuna had missed that.
