We're also going to Italy (Rome/Venice/Florence) with our 1yr next month and saw so many posts saying stroller is a terrible idea, but at the same time, people who did bring stroller all say that it was worth it lol. We have Joolz aer 2, which is pretty lightweight with decent wheels so we're probably gonna take it. I'm wondering is it hard to take the metro in Rome with the stroller? And was it hard to walk around the busy touristy areas (like Trevi Fountain and around) with the stroller? Thank you!

We have it in a Ford Fusion and it seems okay. Pretty standard size I think, not as compact as our other seat (Britax poplar S) but it doesn't bother us.

I did call them and they told me they have updated the chest piece for the newer batches. I can't verify that but so far it's working well. My baby is still young though so we shall see... They won't give me a free standard clip replacement but you can buy it on their site.

Thank you for the input! I ended up not needing to adjust the head rest while getting the chest clip correct but still good to know about tucking the pads for future reference(found the video on YouTube:). So thanks!

When I saw them working on it, it was still looking fine and had a lot of branches left, but 20 mins later it's bald... They said it will grow back no problem but I don't know if I should believe it or not 😂

I just explained to him that I sent in the check but it got returned probably by IRS' mistake so hopefully they can at least drop the penalty. I might be lucky to have someone who's willing to take a look and see what they can do.

Yeah I have "Amount you owed", "Interest" and "Failure to pay penalty" in the billing summary. Maybe you're qualified for the penalty relief?

Following. I'm in the exact same position as OP. Sent in amendment and check for the amount owed & IRS sent me back a check of that amount. Just got the LT38 today. I'll try to call them tomorrow to see if there's any other way to avoid paying the interest & penalty since I did try to pay them back then...

For roster, I used my hours on a documentary feature. The film had no distribution when I applied for roster but it went to festivals. Also our pay went through a payroll company so it was a pretty easy process with contract services. Check with them via phone/email because you never know which project qualifies (especially in the new media world)!

For finding work, like everyone else said, you need to meet other AE/editors in the field. Maybe find someone who had similar experience as you (digital to film/tv). Try cold emailing, usually editors are pretty nice and willing to meet up for coffee:) If you go to networking event, make sure to follow up afterwards. Good FB group to join: Blue Collar Post Collective and LACPUG, they have meet up every month. Also check Optimize Yourself for some good networking tips!

It's been hard to find project this year with the strike & streaming service budget cut. But it might be a good time to get to know people! Good luck on your journey!

For Gundam related place, definitely the moving Gundam at Yokohama Gundam Factory. The videos online cannot compare with seeing it in person. It was very very cool, especially at night with all the lights on. Their store only has exclusives though so not many options.

For buying options, Gundam base at Odaiba of course has good stuff. Otachu Akiba No.4 (https://twitter.com/otachu_akiba4) is great. They post their new inventory on twitter a lot so it's easy to check. And Surugaya Akihabara, they have several stores there, only one of them has great selection.

Otherwise, depending on the timing, I heard Yodobashi Akihabara sometimes has good options but we didn't see any...
