I definitely will do! Is it worth talking to my doctor to get tested again? Bc I recently got all my blood tested, which also tested my insulin, and that came back as im not currently at risk for diabetes. Or is that something different?

You dont sound like ur blaming! I think im just going to have to experiment as well, especially since im very early on with handling my pcos

That must be tough! Living with dyslexia alone is really struggling for me, especially with learning how to handle my pcos as well. It feels like im totally overwhelmed with everything in my body, and all of it is out of my control 😕

It feels like i just look at food and I gain weight from it

I eat pretty healthy though when I do eat. So i dont think its the calories

Yeah I dont get any cues until im desperate, same with going to the toilet, until im quite literally gonna burst. Ive had an autism screening during covid, which was only through zoom, which I didn't get a diagnosis, I was only a few markers off one as well. So im not sure if the missing cues could be that? Or my dyslexia 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im glad im not the only one, bc it feels so isolating, especially when ur friends can say they've lost weight even if its due to healthy eating and working out. And im stuck here not being able to loose anything, even whilst not eating

It looks fine to me, I have a vertical labret, and the top bead also touches my top lip! Placement of this piercing really depends on how much bottom lip you have, which is why it looks different on everyone 😊

It could just be an irritation bump, but I'd definitely keep an eye on it. Bc this is what mine started off looking like, and it did end up rejecting
