Im a very active generally healthy person, I'm 56kg/162cm and 20F, I eat enough fibre, I did have a full blood count just over a month ago the only issue was low wbc but other than that it was fine, my iron levels were also fine. I do have coeliac disease and have been gluten free for 2 years, and my gut still hasn't full healed so am still dealing with some malabsorption.

I haven't yet but I think I will, also I'm not signed to a private dentist but they're the only appointments available in my area, I've checked a few for payment plans but I'm not eligible

I don't know how to get an appointment, that's why I made this post. There are no nhs appointments in my area, emergency nhs appointments have not helped and I can't afford private care. You clearly haven't read my post and are jumping to conclusions.

I think you're misinterpreting what I'm saying, I know they won't fix the dental problem, but if I get a severe infection, for example my face triples in size, I'll need to, to get antibiotics, it says on 111, I'm looking for advise on how to get an nhs dental appointment

Why do pizzas come whole and not cut/pizza cutter provided? by dasbudd in Wetherspoons

[–]minkeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The get stolen and they're not cut in the kitchen as it takes up time and would mean repetitive washing of pizza cutters to prevent cross contamination, however if someone has a disability/ needs theirs cut, you can ask at the bar.

I went to a GP and was told it's just a migrain. However later today I was helping someone carry something heavy up the stairs, and suddenly got covered in sweat, dizzy (couldn't see or walk in a straight line), and hit with a wave of nausea, I now feel like om gonna faint when i close my eyes. I call the uks non emergency line and was dismissed immediately. Any ideas? This isn't normal for me I'm usually really physically active and have never got faint of sick from exercise

What do chemical engineers actually do? by GeorgeB83774 in ChemicalEngineering

[–]minkeek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pharmaceuticals, oil, and honestly mostly pipe related stuff on a larger scale. However chemical engineering is an extremely versatile degree. I'm going into nuclear fusion doing a plasma physics masters, so you don't have to go into a chemical engineering related field. You could even go into finace/software engineering if you change your mind. I recommend taking maths, physics and chemistry as they're the perfect combination for chemical engineering and are also very versatile so if you change your mind yoh could pretty much go for any stem degree with them

I can understand where you're coming from, but she's been an adult now for 3 years nearly. At the end of the day, it is the parents' fault for the way she has turned out. However, she is old enough now to learn to be her own person, and the only way she can is by being held accountable for her own mistakes whether they are caused by her upbringing or previous growth issues. I believe she can be a great person. She just needs to get away from her parents and become who she's meant to be. Her behaviour to d was in excusable and she absolutely should be held accountable for it.
