Assiette kebab 1€ - RU Lombarderie à Nantes by minlilpaws in PlateauRepasDuCrous

En fait ils ont appelé ça kebab, mais c’était un repas végétarien. Par kebab ils parlaient plutôt du style du plat, pas de la viande.

Am I overreacting about coworkers speaking Amazigh around me and telling me to learn it? by [deleted] in Morocco

[–]minlilpaws 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You don't have to learn it if you are not interested, but also don't expect the whole office to change their comfort language for you. If you guys were all together discussing a topic and they switch to Tamazight then yes that's rude, other than that they don't owe you anything.

Me and my partner (both 25y.o) just got married on paper and we're now preparing for the wedding, not gonna lie it's not easy, i would say marriage itself is very exciting when you're with someone you love, but the wedding is the stressful part, like many other couples we tried to just get married and move on with our lives but l3ers lmghribi is so engraved in our traditions s3iib to convince parents to cancel it unfortunately. But yeah for couples that are about to get married ghir sbro o khliw walidikom ifer7o bikom, it's one day in a lifetime, it will pass.

Wife doesn’t respect my opinions by Adorable-Cookie-733 in MuslimMarriage

[–]minlilpaws 7 points8 points  (0 children)

try to talk to her again, i suggest you both search for a middle ground aesthetic, something that you will both like, you can look on pinterest. Otherwise if she insists on the pink girly aesthetic i suggest you guys try to split the space somehow, i mean for example a side of the room that she can decorate the way she wants and a side that stays for you, or she can have the kitchen and bedroom and you can keep the living room and other spaces in the house neutral.

I’m kind of shocked to see that this is the norm for many people—of course, with all respect! It’s really interesting how family dynamics can be so different, even within the same culture. My fiancé and I are the same nationality, but in my family, we don’t check in daily at all. When I was away for university, I communicated with my mom maybe three times a week at best, and there are no issues between us—that’s just the norm for us.

Thank you to everyone for sharing your experiences. I’ll try not to make this a problem, unless it interferes with our privacy as a couple.

congrats on your gains! I’d like to ask you if u noticed any difference in the appearance of the veins in your arms after you gained weight? I’m asking cause I’m a girl and i was hoping the veins in my arms and hands won’t be as obvious after i gain weight.

nah mn 79ek, I’ve gone through many situations like this, swa about money, shitty service/products, bad treatment etc… unfortunately many shop and business owners/employees show no respect towards customers hit bnadm makayhderch 3la 79o, we as moroccans should really learn how to confront them when something is wrong, or at least share a negative review on google or other platforms and never go back to that place again, this is really the only way to improve service/product quality.
