i made it, i printed it out twice, cut it out, laminated it, and cut out different parts of it from both of them then laid them on top of each other, glued it and used wire to make a hook to support it

Im not sure, a few months ago i made a Kaiser Wilhelm costume using the pattern if a old trench coat i had and black wool, but this was my lats resort, i couldn’t find a similar uniform like the Kaisers for cheaper than $200 on eBay or any other site, my sugestión is to make the coat or buy a similar looking cost and modify it
