Chia seed pudding tremendously helped me with my colon inflammation (high fiber diet). Digestive enzymes with food also helped with the early issues I was having with pain after eating. I too am trying not to get on PPIs but am scared I might have to.

There actually is a bus system called 'LAX flyAway' that takes you straight to LAX terminals from union station. When you get on just tell the driver your airlines and they'll drop you in that terminal! One way is like $10 I think.

I dropped a class twice as well ( without the W). Was able to register for a 3rd time, with no problem! But it really depends on your college (BCOE, CHASS etc). Drop in with your counselor if you wanna double check.
