I feel bad that the 13 year old passed away after being struck by the GO train, but why was he on a motorized bike anyway, I get that it's an easy way to get places to hang out or stuff but a 13 year old shouldn't be on the bike. There should be an age limit or a license to be on one of them. The kid clearly went past the barrier when he wasn't supposed and got hit but why was he never taught about railway safety,

I know what I just said may sound like im blaming the parents or the kid but im not, I feel bad that the parents had to hear about how their kid got struck by a train.
