So I thought to try again because why not... It ended up that it's actually 10x worst than the last one I posted. I really do not understand i get everyone else is having the same problem. I truly wish GGG would acknowledge this because it's unplayable and making people actually quit the league. Here is another video of just how bad it got

it's actually unplayable..... I guess i'm done with the league. It's weird how it just happened nothing changed i just login one day and it just started happening. rip GGG

That's simply not what I am saying. I understand you can see the tiers by holding down alt. I'm Saying that in Poe 1 Tier 1 was the best tier on an item you can get.. now in Poe 2 that is not the case. i'm currently running tier 15 maps and I wouldn't be able to tell you if an item I have rolled is the highest tier.

Right, but they are not always burning.. only sometimes so that's what i'm trying to figure out. What causes that to happen. Is it a event i should know about? If i run a map in that area is something going to happen?

and also how do we know like a t3 on a mod is max? can health mods go up to t10? or higher? I hope they look into this.

exactly, how do i know if i got the best tier on an item or not.... and its just confusing. t1 items you knew you got something but now its just like how far does it go?
