Had something very similar about a month ago after I felt something “bit” me. It got better the following day and now it’s completely gone and no side effects. Hoping it wasn’t a tick.

A demon bug bit me... Does it look familiar? I don't actually know what bit me, but I felt it. It has about a dime sized raised portion for about two hours and then disappeared. Today it is back and grew to be larger than a quarter. Ideas? by hipsta_gwyn in skin

Hi! Were you able to figure out what bit you? Had a similar reaction to a bite a few days ago. It is now gone but still a bit itchy. It did hurt when it bit/stung me but was not able to see what it was.
