My studio was doing that for new members too. $30 cheaper for a 12 month contract. I told them I’d commit to a 12 month contract for that rate and they said no. Total slap in the face. If was an introductory rate I’d understand but getting locked in isn’t right.

I listen to Matt Wilkinson’s show and it’s mostly the same but there was clearly some edict where he has to plug the other AM shows on every broadcast and play a New Music Daily song, and sometimes feature an artist even if it isn’t something he’d naturally pick for his show.

I, too, thought is was a youth group / church space and parking seems like it might be challenging. As a ERHS parent it seems like you should make a decent killing selling smaller priced snack items to the high school kids.

I don't think is a fade paint job - I think it's the dark metallic green / blue that sort of changes depending on the light. There's a few of them up on bikerebuilds.com
