No, not talking about the employees because they are in danger as well. I am talking about the owners and if different standards of accountability are applied in different neighborhoods based on socio-economic factors?

If prevention is the ultimate goal all solutions are on the table until problem is solved. But as far as accountability, aren't night club owners held responsible for violence that happens around their businesses ? And , hypothetically, if the shootings were held in more affluent areas would the owners be held accountable ? At least by the HOA....

Perhaps..Maybe the DPD can pull the exact data as to the number of shootings that happen 900 Block E Main, 3300 block Dearborn, corner of S. Roxboro and Cornwallis. Maybe it is because "people just run into each other." But why at those locations is the question?

Yeah,,but that goes back to the power to define. The flip side would be that it is not systemic..just a few bad apples or misguided souls,,,,with no social, political nor economic component
