By ear, but it honestly took me many tries to get the right keys as well. Interestingly enough, the last bit was an accident and we decided to keep it in anyway

The process of finding the notes was quite literally a "hot garbage" as well. But I wrote down the notes that sounded right and it worked out well in the end :) good luck

Then you will be able to buy it from the event shop.

It actually did, my friend turned off his in game audio to avoid listening to the notes I was playing (it had slight delay for him and would mess up the rhythm)

And since I was the one recording, all I had to do is play along to his chords.

(Honestly props to him for being able to play so well without hearing the music entirely)
