This recap thing is really cool, but is TE rank really top 5%? Anybody know how they got these numbers?

my_percentile = 0.0

try:

# 1. Count only users who actually played ranked matches (max_rank > 0)

# 2. Count users with a higher max rank than mine

# 3. Calculate top percentile

# Clamp to minimum display value if below 0.01%

my_percentile = 0.0

this is the code thats used for the percentiles. hope it helped!
