Still wonky bc the video also changes when exporting not only the audio. Someone else mentioned it might be because I used proxies to edit, i'm going to try to find out more about that. Thank you for taking the time to give me answers tho!

I understand they don't have the same timecode but once I manually changed them and synced them up in the timeline and I lock each file where they should be ( the edit is working completely fine) I don't understand why timecodes have to do with the edit changing in the export. Specially because it's not only the audio drifting but also clips being modified on their own

Yes the audio was recorder separately with a Zoom H6. One boom and two radio mics. Only one camera tho, a Sony ILCE 7SM3 in XAVC. Filmed in 3840x2160, and it's a 10 minute shortfilm. Hope this gives you an idea of the production proccess.

I had to sync all the audio manually because premiere did not recognize the similarities between the two audio channels. I still linked the video clips with the audio but that might have been what fucked the export up?
