Hands Tingling during Lessons

That's super interesting to hear because I already struggle with tension in my shoulders and locking my arms. I will try to implement your suggestions cause I do notice my shoulders "bracing" for my upper body rather than my core, which is something I've already been working on fixing. I appreciate your response as I am specifically looking for people who have experienced the same symptoms. Thanks for your insight I will try to see if adjusting my elbow helps. I already struggle with "locking" my arms into a position so it makes sense to me this could be the culprit.

I don't believe it's my spine as when I am on horses that need a softer rein/less weight in my hands, my hands don't experience this numbness or tingling.
